Napoleon Bonaparte once said, “A leader is a dealer in hope.” We believe that people everywhere need hope and encouragement and a reminder of who they truly are… and whose they truly are.  This changes everything!

We see Zambia’s next generation being awakened and growing eager to to live with eternal purpose and to live a radical, joy-filled adventure in Christ! As we train and empower these young people, communities are transformed.  

We work to create atmospheres where future leaders can grow closer to Jesus, clearer in their purpose, more connected to each other through family; to be challenged, to take risks, and to share the Gospel message, as missionaries, themselves!

Mission

Orchard exists to empower people to become all they were created to be! We are on a mission to build powerful “LION” leaders. We do this through coaching, mentorship, encouragement, and support.

Vision

We long to see a vast orchard family of churches and individuals rooted deep in the love and life of Jesus; resolute in who he purposed us all to be; resilient even in the face of the worst storms; reaching out to shade and comfort the lost, broken, and scattered; bearing fruit in the nations, for generations; and rising tall together, to make Jesus rich with a harvest family!

Core Convictions

Courage. God’s people should be boldly Courageous as we extend the life-giving message of Christ to the ends of the earth.

Compassion. Though we are strong and courageous, we should be also be known for our Compassion towards the hurting, the outcast, the sick, the sad, the voiceless, and the lost.

Character. These are the healthy habits, beliefs, mindsets, decisions that we live by.
